About GetBettr
What is GetBettr.ai?
GetBettr.ai is an AI customer-intelligence platform. It captures a business’s phone calls, emails, meetings and in-person conversations, transcribes them, scores sentiment, flags issues, and files everything as one searchable record. You can then ask it plain-language questions about your customers and get answers drawn from every conversation.
Who is GetBettr for?
Businesses of any size, from owner-run companies to multi-location enterprises, and the teams in them that talk to customers: customer service, sales, compliance, franchise operations, field services and trades, inspection and property services, and professional firms. Phone providers and resellers can also offer GetBettr to their own customers under their own brand.
What problem does GetBettr solve?
Most of what customers tell a business is never written down, and what is written down is never read together: a complaint on a call, a request at the counter, a competitor named in an email. GetBettr brings all of it into one record, so you can see what is broken, what customers would buy and who they are comparing you to, across thousands of conversations instead of one at a time.
How is GetBettr different from call recording or call analytics tools?
Call analytics tools only see what goes through the phone system. GetBettr also covers email, video meetings and in-person conversations, and works across all of them together, so its patterns and answers reflect the whole customer relationship rather than just the calls.
Does GetBettr use AI?
Yes. Transcription, sentiment analysis, situation summaries and plain-language questions run on AI models that GetBettr operates on its own private GPUs. Your conversations are not sent to a public cloud AI service.
Channels and integrations
Which channels does GetBettr cover?
Four: phone calls, email, meetings and in-person conversations. You choose which channels to connect: all four, or only the ones your business uses.
Which phone systems does GetBettr work with?
GetBettr works with a variety of business phone platforms. It takes in call recordings, call detail records, and queue and agent metadata directly from the platform, with nothing to install on handsets. Not sure about yours? Ask us.
Which email systems does GetBettr support?
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. You choose which mailboxes to connect, and every thread is kept in both directions, alongside the calls and meetings from the same customer.
Which meeting platforms does GetBettr support?
Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. Meeting recordings and transcripts join the same record as your calls and email.
How does GetBettr capture in-person conversations?
With a wearable recording nametag. It is worn like any name badge, records the conversation in front of it and uploads on its own, with no phone needed. A mobile app is also available for recording a visit on the fly. In-person capture is built for site visits, counter conversations, inspections and field work.
Can GetBettr connect to our own systems?
Yes, for enterprise customers. The GetBettr API lets you send data in from your own systems and pull what GetBettr finds into the tools you already run.
Does our team have to change how it works?
No. GetBettr connects to the phone system, the mailboxes, the meeting platforms and the front line, and takes in what is already happening. Onboarding is included.
Using GetBettr
What is Ask GetBettr?
Ask GetBettr lets you type a question in plain language, such as “Why did the prospects who asked for a quote in July not sign?”, and get an answer drawn from every conversation on record. The answer says how many conversations it drew on and from which channels, and you can open the conversations behind it. GetBettr also looks for patterns across conversations on its own: what is rising, what is new, and what keeps turning up together.
What does GetBettr do with each conversation?
It transcribes it, scores its sentiment, and flags issues such as complaints, escalations and competitor mentions. Flagged conversations come with a summary of the situation and a suggested resolution. Everything is searchable.
Where do I see what GetBettr finds?
In three places: the GetBettr web interface; summary emails, including the weekly Bettr Hear This report; and MCP servers that let you question your record from inside an AI assistant.
Can I use GetBettr from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. GetBettr publishes MCP servers, so you can connect your conversation record to Claude, ChatGPT or any other assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol, and ask your questions there. The assistant signs in with your GetBettr account and sees only what you can see. How it works.
Pricing
How much does GetBettr cost?
GetBettr starts at $25 per user, per month. Pricing depends on the options you choose and the size of your team, and volume pricing and enterprise terms are available. See pricing.
What counts as a user?
A member of your team whose phone calls, emails, meetings or in-person conversations GetBettr captures. Each seat is for one person, and you can move a seat to someone else as your team changes.
Is there a limit on how much we can capture?
Each seat includes an allowance of call time and email volume that suits a typical role. If your team regularly goes well beyond it, we agree an allowance that fits before charging anything more.
Is the nametag included in the subscription?
No. Nametags are devices you buy, separately from your subscription. Their recordings are processed as part of your GetBettr subscription.
Can we try GetBettr before we commit?

Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time, by emailing support@getbettr.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly or annual term.
Security and privacy

In Canada, unless your order says otherwise. GetBettr runs on infrastructure it owns and operates, not on a public cloud, and segregated instances are available for customers who cannot share infrastructure.

No. GetBettr does not use customer data to train AI models, its own or anyone else’s.
Can personal details be removed before analysis?
Yes. You decide what personal information, such as names, phone numbers and payment card numbers, is masked or removed before conversations are analyzed.
How long are conversations kept?
Retention is configurable per client and by package, and enterprise customers set it themselves. When a customer leaves, their data is deleted, including copies in backups, according to GetBettr’s data and backup purge schedule, which we share on request.
What security standards does GetBettr follow?
GetBettr’s security policies and procedures are designed to align with the security and privacy controls in NIST Special Publication 800-53, and in its Canadian counterpart, ITSP.10.033 from the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security (the successor to ITSG-33). Security page.
Who is responsible for recording notice and consent?
The customer. You decide which conversations GetBettr captures, and you are responsible for giving the notice and getting the consent the law requires, including from your own staff. We are glad to talk through practical options, but we do not give legal advice.
For service providers
Can GetBettr be white-labeled?
Yes. Phone providers, UCaaS platforms and resellers can offer GetBettr under their own brand, with their logo and product name on the web interface and summary emails. Each customer is a separate tenant, bought at wholesale and sold at the partner’s own price. White-label.
How do service providers make money with GetBettr?
GetBettr adds a second per-seat line to invoices a provider already sends, sold to customers it already bills, with no acquisition cost. Wholesale pricing depends on tier and volume, and we build the business case with you on an economics call. Partner economics.
