White-label

Your brand on every screen and every summary.

A service provider needs to see it, not read that it is possible. This page shows what a white-labeled GetBettr looks like from your side and from your customer’s.

An example of the dashboard under a partner’s brand: a placeholder logo and the name “Your Name Here” sit where the GetBettr logo would be, above conversation, escalation and flag counts

Example screen: a partner’s logo and product name in place of ours. Names and details have been changed.

What carries your brand

Everything your customer touches.

The web interface
Your logo and your product name on the screens your customers use every day: search, summaries, sentiment, and plain-language questions.
Summary emails
The reports that land in your customers’ inboxes come from your brand, not ours.
The login
Your customers sign in to your product. Where they sign in, and what it is called, is yours to decide.
The relationship
You sell it, you support it, you bill it. GetBettr is not visible to your customer unless you want it to be.
Multi-tenant provisioning

One tenant per customer. Seats as they grow.

Each of your customers is a separate tenant under your brand. You provision per customer and add seats as their team changes. Tenants are kept apart from each other and from every other partner’s tenants.

What your customer sees
  • A product with your name on it, on your invoice
  • Their calls, their email and their meetings, in one record
  • Summary emails from you, weekly by default and adjustable to what suits them
  • Answers to plain-language questions about their own customers
  • Support from the people they already know
What stays ours to run

You sell it. We operate it.

Ingest, transcription, analysis, querying and hosting are ours to run and keep running. Your team never has to become an AI operations team to sell an AI product.
